UpGreen subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
No refunds will be provided for:
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal or by contacting UpGreen.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect the current subscription period.
Customers will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of the paid subscription period.
